FinancialOversight:

Responsible for Projects P&L and Balance Sheetproject level accounting and reporting tracking Risk &Opportunities Backlog and provide regular reports to the RegionalProject Director and Corporate team. Managingthe quarterly financial closing for the project portfolio includingrevenue recognition forecasting reconciling variances betweenActuals and Forecast / Budget. Ensureadherence to financial standards policies and US GAAP in projectaccounting. Provide support for external orinternal audit requirements.

Project FinancialLeadership:

Collaborate with project teams to review contractsunderstand key deliverables terms cash milestones and paymentterms. Prepare financials for quarterlyproject reviews updating costatcompletion estimates in partnershipwith Project Director/Project Managers and coordinating closelywith crossfunctional teams. Ensure projectreviews accurately reflect project financial status cash flow anddrive results to meet or exceed the Assold projectfinancials. Drive and support the Project teamin resolving complex situations that arise during project executionensuring the best financial outcome for the company.

PerformanceAnalysis:

Partner with theProject Manager/Project Director to analyse executionperformance.

Propose action plans to improvecontract margins enhance cash profiles and implement correctiveaction plans to mitigate identified risks.

CrossfunctionalCollaboration:

Actively engage with Corporate FP&A teams to ensureaccurate reflection of forecast and variances in financialreviews. Own the annual budgeting process forthe P&L per the guidance from the Corporate Team.

RequiredQualifications

BachelorsDegree from an accredited University or College.

Minimum of 10 additional years of experience in FinancialReporting/Project accounting.

Good track recordof working in crossfunctional team and ability to deliver financialresults.

SAP ERP system proficiency ismust.
