Role Description
The FinOps MIS Associate will be working on the preparation of the Monthly MIS report and
performing ad hoc analysis for the Business unit, which captures the employee-level Revenue,
allocation, and cost details. This report will be the Single source of truth for the BU Financial
performance. The Financial and Operational metrics derived from the MIS are consumed by
BU and Org leaders. The person will be working with multiple stakeholders to ensure
a seamless flow of data and have the MIS completed on time.

Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare a timely and accurate BU MIS report.
2. Meet any ad-hoc data requirements and analysis from BU leaders and other stakeholders
3. Understand the current MIS preparation process, and look for possible improvements in
terms of accuracy and time taken.
Key Deliverables (not limited to)
1. Forecast vs Actuals Gap Analysis Report of Revenue, Net add
2. Monthly MIS report
3. Trends and Insights of Data
a. Revenue (History, point in time and Forecast)
b. Net Add
4. Adhoc Requirements from Business Units
5. Periodical monthly Governance reports

Key skills
2. Strong MS Excel proficiency with hands-on experience and knowledge of advanced
functionalities.
3. Understanding of key financial and operational parameters.
4. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and business leaders:
Client Partners, to get FB revenue on time and obtain any clarifications needed.
AR team, to get invoice inputs for the month.
Insights team and Revenue team, to align on BU revenue, FTE, and cost.
Delivery Partners and Staffing team on allocation queries, communication of gaps, and necessary corrections.5. Good with numbers and a keen eye for details.
6. Good written and oral communication.
