The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer with a minimum of three years of experience in the healthcare domain to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning techniques, along with expertise in deploying AI solutions within healthcare settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge AI algorithms and models tailored to address specific challenges within the healthcare domain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, healthcare professionals, and software engineers to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions.
  • Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of AI projects, from problem formulation and data collection to model training and deployment.
  • Apply advanced machine learning techniques such as deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision to extract insights from healthcare data.
  • Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
  • Design and implement robust deployment pipelines for deploying AI models into healthcare systems and applications.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI algorithms to ensure accuracy, robustness, and regulatory compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI research, healthcare regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Ideal Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of professional experience in artificial intelligence, with a focus on healthcare applications.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Hands-on experience with popular AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Proven track record of deploying AI solutions in healthcare environments, including knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA compliance).
  • Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
