Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Big Data Mentor to join our team at PW (PhysicsWallah). As a Big Data Mentor, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring students in the field of big data analytics. This role requires a strong background in big data technologies and a passion for teaching and mentoring.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience working with big data technologies
  • Strong knowledge of Hadoop, Spark, and other big data frameworks
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java
  • Experience in working with big data tools and platforms like Hadoop, Hive, Pig, Kafka, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Guide and mentor students in the field of big data analytics
  • Deliver lectures and workshops on big data technologies
  • Provide hands-on training on tools and platforms used in big data analytics
  • Assist students in developing projects related to big data
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on student assignments and projects
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in big data analytics
  • Collaborate with the curriculum development team to update and enhance the big data course content
  • Support students in their career development and job placement in the field of big data
