RoleOverview:
  • Permanentstafflevel role focusing on frontenddevelopment.
  • Key responsibility involvesleading the design and development of advanced user interfaces forweb applications using React.js tailored specifically forhealthcare solutions.
  • Direct leadership offrontend development projects mentoring junior developers andguiding the team in implementing best practices for healthcaresoftware development.
  • Collaboration with UX/UIdesigners backend developers and other stakeholders to ensure thehighest quality user experience and seamless integration offrontend components.
  • Drive the adoption ofcuttingedge frontend technologies and frameworks within the teamwith a focus on leveraging innovation to solve complex healthcarechallenges.
  • Responsible for defining andimplementing robust frontend architecture code quality standardsand performance optimization strategies aligned with healthcareindustry standards and regulations.
  • Act as asubject matter expert on frontend development within the healthcaredomain providing guidance on technical decisions industry trendsand emergingtechnologies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or relatedfield.
  • 8 years of extensive experience as aFrontend Developer with a proven track record of delivering complexweb applications using React.js in the healthcaredomain.
  • Expertise in HTML CSS and JavaScriptalong with a strong understanding of frontend developmentprinciples applicable to healthcaresolutions.
  • Experience with state managementlibraries like Redux or MobX tailored for healthcare datamanagement.
  • Familiarity with frontend buildtools such as Webpack Babel npm/yarn optimized for healthcareapplication deployment.
  • Strong understanding ofRESTful APIs and asynchronous programming with a focus onhealthcare data integration.
  • Experience withunit testing and testdriven development (TDD) particularly relevantto healthcare software qualityassurance.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities andattention to detail essential for addressing complex healthcarechallenges.
  • Excellent leadership communicationand collaboration skills crucial for driving healthcare softwaredevelopmentinitiatives.
