Primary Responsibilities:
End-to-end development and support of application including the design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of softwarePrepare detail design for the solution by discussing with PO and businessWalk-thru the technical design document with Business / SME / QA teamEnsuring timely deliveries for all assigned tasksParticipation in Design reviews, Test Case reviews, and Production Support readiness reviews for new releasesSupport QA, UAT and Release phases of the project via defect analysis, change maintenance, etc.Adhere to all quality requirementsWork independentlyDemonstrate solid problem solving, analytical kills, good communication and presentation skills, good attitude and self-motivatedComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). B.E / MCA / B.Tech / MTECH / MS Graduation (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant)5+ years industry experience as a Software Engineer or a Software DeveloperExperience using terraform or other CI/CD IaCExperience working in a complex, service-oriented service developmentExperience in working with engineering leadersExperience of working with Source Code Control tools like GitExperience on Agile and DevOpsGood understanding on the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling)Proficiency in cloud platforms and services (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.)Good knowledge on technology stack like Java (Spring Boot), REST APIsGood Knowledge of FormularyAbility to identify system changes and verify that technical system specifications meet the business requirementsSolid problem solving, analytical killsProven good communication and presentation skillsProven good attitude and self-motivatedAt UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
