KeyResponsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Leadthe design development testing deployment and maintenance of Appianapplications ensuring alignment with BPMN 2.0 standards and bestpractices.

  • Collaboration: Work closelywith crossfunctional teams including business analysts projectmanagers and other developers to gather and analyze businessrequirements translating them into robust Appiansolutions.

  • Workflow and Data Modeling:Develop complex workflows data models and integrations utilizingAppians comprehensive suite of outofthebox features to createscalable and efficient applications.

  • Troubleshooting andOptimization: Identify troubleshoot and resolveissues related to application performance scalability and security.Proactively optimize applications for enhanced performance and userexperience.

  • Compliance and Standards:Ensure applications comply with industry standards including SOX byimplementing necessary controls and adhering to best practices indevelopment and deployment.

  • User Training andDocumentation: Provide training and support toendusers and team members. Develop and maintain detaileddocumentation for developed applications ensuring clarity andaccessibility.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stayupdated on the latest Appian features and industry trends. Activelycontribute to the continuous improvement of development processesand methodologies within the team.

JobRequirements:

  • Appian Certification:Certified Appian Developer with demonstrated experience indesigning and deploying Appian applications.

  • AdditionalExpertise: Proficiency in IBM BPM or Pega PRPC is astrong plus showcasing a broad understanding of Business ProcessManagement platforms.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strongknowledge of SQL Server MySQL HTML and JavaScript programminglanguages. Experience with data integration and API development ishighly desirable.

  • Project Experience: Provenexperience in working on largescale projects involving multiplestakeholders from diverse backgrounds. Ability to manage anddeliver complex projects within tight timelines.

  • AnalyticalSkills: Strong problemsolving skills with theability to analyze and interpret complex data to informdecisionmaking and development strategies.

  • CommunicationSkills: Excellent written and verbal communicationskills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts tonontechnical stakeholders.
