Who You Are
As a Product Manager at PubNative you will play an important role in shaping the future of our products, particularly in the dynamic and ever-evolving AdTech industry. You will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of our products while collaborating with cross-functional teams. We are looking for a curious, collaborative, and independent individual with a passion for innovation and a proven track record in product delivery. What You Will Do
Lead the end-to-end product development process, ensuring that products are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards
Collaboration with cross-functional and international teams, including Engineering Leads, key Business stakeholders, Marketing, etc.
Stay abreast of industry trends, analyze competitor offerings, and conduct market research to identify opportunities for product innovation
Ensure by measuring the success and impact of the product (improvement)
Bring the passion for influencing the direction of our business and leaving a lasting impact on the products
What You Will Bring
Master's or Bachelor's degree, ideally in fields such as computer science, business administration, or related disciplines
You have 3+ years of experience in a Product Management role to guide the development of our products, ensuring they meet market demands and align with our business objectives
Previous experience in AdTech or delivering tech-related tasks is a must, as it will contribute to success in this role
You demonstrate curiosity by constantly seeking ways to enhance existing products and streamline processes, delivering superior value to customers
You have excellent communication skills to engage with internal stakeholders and external partners and clients, ensuring successful collaboration and meeting their needs
