Qualifications and Skills

  • Any Graduate,
  • Proven experience as a Stenographer or in a similar role
  • Excellent Gujarathi & English Typing speed and accuracy
  • Proficiency in shorthand and specialized transcription software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Transcribe legal documents, correspondence, reports, and other materials using shorthand or specialized software
  • Proofread and edit transcriptions for accuracy and completeness
  • Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information
  • Organize and maintain physical files
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed
