About the Role:

If you are crazy about our Brands and products, understanding the mission of bringing the joy and indulgence to our consumers and want to be part of this incredible process, this role can be interesting for you As a Marketing Assistant you will support Marketing Team in projects related to market share growth and strengthening the competitive position of the Brands. 

Main Responsibilities:

Product Strategy:

  • Drives communication and advertising strategies, briefing advertising agencies.
  • Coordinates production and research with agencies.

Media Planning:

  • Supports media planning effectiveness verification.
  • Ensures commercials align with objectives.

Marketing Projects:

  • Implements operational marketing campaigns.
  • Updates Sales and Management teams on projects.
  • Analyzes project performance against objectives.

Market Analyses:

  • Maintains knowledge of product positioning and market trends.
  • Cooperates with Market Research for product performance reports.

Promotions, Co-Marketing, and Sponsorship:

  • Proposes activities aligned with brand positioning.
  • Measures effectiveness of initiatives.

Packaging:

  • Proposes new formats and designs.
  • Manages implementation projects.

Budget Management:

  • Manages advertising, promotional, and market research budgets.

Sales Planning:

  • Supports sales plans and coordinates promotional activities.
  • Reports deviations to Brand Manager.

People Management:

  • Sets goals and appraises team members.
  • Tracks team performance and development.
Who we are looking for:
  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree with 4 to 7 years of brand marketing experience in Marketing
  • Experience in the FMCG market would be a plus 
  •  Understanding of different markets and cultures 
  • Analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Market and customer plan expertise.
