We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SEO Executive to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our website's visibility in search engines, driving organic traffic, and improving user engagement through strategic SEO initiatives. This role demands someone who can blend technical SEO know-how with a creative approach to content optimization, someone who is not only data-driven but also possesses the ability to foresee SEO trends and pivot strategies accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comprehensive Keyword Research: Identify high-value search terms and phrases relevant to our target audiences to shape content strategy and optimization efforts.
  • Website Content Optimization: Enhance landing pages, blog posts, and product pages for search engine visibility and user experience, ensuring that our content meets the highest standards of relevance and engagement.
  • On-Page Optimization Tasks: Conduct meta tag optimization, URL structuring, and internal linking to improve our website's ranking and indexing on search engines.
  • Off-Page SEO Strategies: Develop and implement robust backlink strategies to elevate the domain's authority and online presence across different platforms.
  • Performance Monitoring: Use industry-standard SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush) to track keyword rankings, monitor organic traffic flows, and analyze conversion metrics, turning data into actionable insights.
  • Technical SEO: Collaborate with the web development team to identify and solve technical SEO issues, ensuring the website is optimized for crawling and indexing.
  • Trend Analysis: Keep abreast of the latest trends in search engine algorithms, SEO best practices, and digital marketing techniques, applying this knowledge to refine and adapt our SEO strategy continuously.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure SEO strategies are integrated seamlessly with content and design initiatives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on SEO performance, providing clear insights, successes, challenges, and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement to stakeholders.


Requirements
  • SEO Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related field, with a solid portfolio of successful SEO campaigns.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command over SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs) and knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Analytical: Exceptional analytical skills with a knack for data analysis and making data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of crafting clear SEO strategies and presenting data and insights effectively.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, driving projects to completion while being an integral part of a team.
