About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Consultant

In this role, you will:
  • Five or more years of project management and business strategy experience
  • Senior level experience in developing and driving business level strategy and exposure to program management
  • Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute or other project management certifications will be a plus
  • Monitor business specific programs, and provide support to the business in designing and implementing business level strategies
  • Strong attention to deadlines
  • Proven success working with all levels of management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Highly proficient with various application in Microsoft suite - including excel, access, word and power point
  • Demonstrates a high degree of reliability, integrity, and trustworthiness in all areas
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
