About thejob

This role bridges the gapbetween the Data Science team and the target functions bytranslating datadriven recommendations into actionable insights fortarget functions. You will play a crucial role in validating andcommunicating the effectiveness of these recommendations to driverevenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Data Science team tounderstand their models methodologies and the reasoning behindspecific recommendations.
  • Translate complexdata science findings into clear concise and actionable insightsfor target functions.
  • Develop strategies tovalidate the effectiveness of data science recommendations throughstandard testing methodologies.
  • Createcompelling presentations training materials and communicationstrategies to educate and empower target functions on how toleverage data science insights.
  • Facilitatefeedback loops between target functions and Data Science ensuringrecommendations are continually refined based on realworldapplication.
  • Develop clear and compelling datavisualizations to communicate insights to the targetfunctions.
  • Track and report on the impact ofdata science recommendations on sales performance metrics (e.g.conversion rates revenue)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or higher degree in BusinessAnalytics Statistics Marketing Sales or a related field (orequivalent experience)
  • Experience working in asales environment (preferred).
  • Strongunderstanding of data analysis principles and statisticalconcepts.
  • Experience working with datavisualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability totailor content for a nontechnical audience.
  • Ability to translate complex data science concepts into clear andactionable insights.
  • Experience with CRMsystems (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation tools (e.g. SQL) is aplus.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills.
