  • Should be experienced in telesales
  • Should have a minimum of 10 years experience in telesales and sales
  • Should have minimum 5 years experience in leading a team
  • Should have the acumen to close sales on calls
  • Experience in service based industry/health care industry preferable
  • Should be fluent in Tamil and English
  • Should be aged between 35 to 45 years
  • Leading the team, creating a good sales culture within the team, self driven, creation of sales pitching and scripts
  • Well-versed in call center processes
  •  Should be knowledgeable in call center/telemarketing software and hardware
