Technician Level:
Execute production activities according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch records.
Operate manufacturing equipment with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
Participate in troubleshooting and resolution of production issues.
Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Senior Executive Level:
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and innovation in the General Injectable division.
Lead multidisciplinary teams in the development and launch of new products.
Drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness through process improvements and technology adoption.
Represent the company in interactions with regulatory agencies, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
Officer :Execute and oversee all aspects of the production process for injectable pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.
Supervise production staff, providing leadership, guidance, and training as needed to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
Monitor production schedules and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products while maximizing efficiency and minimizing waste.

Requirements

B.pharm/M.pharm.
Prior experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably in injectable products.
Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and industry standards.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Leadership abilities with a track record of driving results.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
