This is a senior professional role in a dynamic growing team, who will be responsible for studying various communications from Regulators and other bodies like SEBI, AMFI, Ministry etc, and work closely with internal stake holders and ensure implementation. Handling internal and external Audit and create management responses. Will also oversee Invoice processing.
Operations is a part of the Global Shareholder Services team in FTAMC taking care of Vendor governance, handling Internal and External Audit query responses, Invoice processing, Investor and distributor query handling for the GSS vertical#MID_SENIOR_LEVEL
What are the ongoing responsibilities of TA Senior Analyst?
To understand processes and analyse the requirement and provide a response for internal and external Audit queries.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and understand the circular received from AMFI / SEBI and to create a document for implementation.
To handle invoice processing and tracking all invoice payments
Any other role as required by the team.
What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?
A Law graduate (CA /ICWAI/ACS may be inter) with excellent English written, verbal & presentation skills.
Well versed with Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills is a pre-requisite to handle the large amount of content and communication and reports which the role demands.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Good relationship skills working with internal and external stakeholders is a must.
Ability to understand processes and analyze the requirement and provide a response for internal and external Audit queries.
Organizational, planning, interpersonal, supervisory, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and team building skills, flexible and agile approach.
Flexible worker with ability to work under pressure and within tight timelines.
This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills along with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint. Relationship building skills are also a key requirement as we work with various functions within GSS and across AMC. In addition, we are looking for an innovator who can help continuously transform and improve our processes bringing in accuracy and efficiency to our processes.
The candidate should have Legal background / Law graduate and experience in handling audits, work experience in financial sector, preferable with NISM certification.
