RequirementsKeyQualifications

Develop and maintain clear concise reporting on KPIs measuringonline support performance by analyzing webmetrics.
Mine and analyse data toidentify patterns and correlations among the various datapoints
Design create and deliverdata reports & insights in the form of presentations andshare with business teams
Experience working in the field of analytics reporting out metricsand deep dive analytics
GoodAnalytical problem solving skills and an aptitude for quicklearning
Strong proficiency withSQL for data analysis and building end to end datapipelines.
Ability to writecomplex queries and understanding of databaseconcepts.
Strong analyticalproblem solving skills and an aptitude for learningquickly
Expert in data analysisand presentation tools
Exceptional communication and collaborationskills
Experience in webanalytics and tools like (Adobe Omniture Google analyticsetc)
Experience with programminglanguages like Python & Unix Shell for data pipelineautomation and analysis
Knowledgeof statistics concepts and Machine learning algorithms likeregression clusteringetc

Responsibilities

Accountable for resource planning and delegation of work withinteam
Develop functional knowledgeof all processes.
Create andmaintain a schedule for all initiatives and drive completion oftasks by the agreed deadlines
Plan ahead and communicate project/task status in a timelymanner
Work with the team todocument all processes and tools asneeded
Conduct monthly reviewswith stakeholders
Ensureprocesses are effective and maximize shared and reusableresources
Accountable forperformance management of individual teammembers
Support and guide teammembers
Actively build the teamhiring retention training and developing teammembers.

Education

MBAin Business Analytics or M.Tech/M.S. in related field with 10 yearsexperience in the area of Data analytics & customerinsights with at least 2 year s experience as a people managermanagingteams.
