Job Description

As anSMT Engineering you will be responsible for leading and managingthe activities of New products developments (SSD) from Packagingworking together with other functional groups locally and/orglobally to accomplish organizational and business objectives byensuring the Product Design and SMT processes are in control andProduct meets the quality/reliability expectation; sustaining andimproving the key performance indices through continuousimprovement activities / projects; reducing cost through continuouscost reduction effort; strategy and roadmap; developing newcapabilities ahead of needs.

Roles &Responsibilities:
  • Strong knowledgeof SMT technology and equipment.
  • Exposure tothe importance of Mechanical Thermal Environmental impacts on theproduct
  • Knowledge on Component EngineeringReliability & Failure analysis
  • RiskManagement troubleshooting / rootcausing complexproblems
  • Experience on New FormfactorIntroductions and qualifications Product Qualifications
  • Develop Technology Roadmaps
  • Lowvolume / High Volume Manufacturing Bringup
  • Knowledge on SMT Line setups programming of SMT CardsPreparing of new SMT stencils & stenciloptimization
  • Knowledge on process / materialsfor introducing new paste & new product.
  • Knowledge on reflow Profile & itsoptimization.
  • Knowledge on BOM and itssetup
  • Agile / ERP tool usageknowledge
  • Coordination with CFT and factoryfor effective product delivery
  • Analyze HWdesigns and ensure manufacturability and meeting the customerreliability requirements from process point of view.
  • Knowledge on different Packages and its influences on theSMT / reliability
  • DFM DFA
  • Managing time constraints and meeting tight productdevelopment / NPI deadlines keeping the Manufacturability / qualityexpectations.
  • Capable of performing Root CauseAnalysis using basic Quality Tools for solving theprocess/equipment issues.
  • Attention to thedetails and ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • On top of rapidly evolving technology and industrytrends
  • Experience in handling Customercomplaints and run TF till issue closures.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Experiencein Memory industry is a plus
  • Good knowledge inMS Office and good communication skill.
  • Excellent verbal and written communicationskills.

Experience:10 12 Years in SMT

Preferred Industry:Semiconductor Manufacturing / PCBA Manufacturing
