As a part of IN Cargo team, you would be responsible for leading, developing and executing a sales strategy to sell prime air-haul services to shippers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, a strong understanding of the transportation industry, and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers. The individual also needs fundamental excel and analytical skills for tracking and reporting sales metrics. The individual should have a can-do attitude and an ability to solve problems independently with limited guidance. This is an individual contributor role.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead transportation planning basis requirements from 3P customers and work with relevant stakeholders to develop effective operational plan
- Sell air-haul services to all types of shippers in cargo industry such as freight forwarders, GSAs, airlines.
- Continual, tactical communication with external customers (Vendors, Carrier) and internal customers (Operations, Finance, Legal, FinOps)
- Track and report sales performance metrics at required cadence
- Generate leads and qualify prospects, conduct sales presentations and close deals, build relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise shippers
- Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed and ensuring service requirements are met.
