Position Title: Lead Infrastructure Solution Architect Overview: As a Lead Infrastructure Solution Architect, Candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organizations IT infrastructure solutions. Lead Solution Architect will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the infrastructure meets the business needs, remains secure, scalable, and reliable. Role will involve both strategic planning and hands-on technical implementation. Responsibilities:1.Infrastructure Design: Design, develop, and maintain the organizations IT infrastructure solutions, including but not limited to network architecture, server infrastructure, storage systems, and virtualization platforms.2.Solution Architecture: Consult & Review comprehensive infrastructure architecture designs that align with business goals, security requirements, and industry best practices.3.Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the infrastructure team, ensuring that Solutions/ demand responses are delivered on time and within budget while adhering to quality standards.4.Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors, to understand requirements, assess needs, and develop scalable infrastructure solutions.5.Security and Compliance: Ensure that the IT infrastructure meets security and compliance standards, including data privacy regulations, by implementing appropriate security measures and controls.6.Risk Management: Proactive assess risks associated with the IT infrastructure and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts on business operations. 7.Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation templates, including infrastructure diagrams, configuration guides, and standard operating procedures.8.Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the organizations capabilities, value proposition, and proposed solutions, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.9.Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences, leveraging insights to enhance the organizations bid strategies and positioning.10.Vendor Management: Evaluate and select third-party vendors and technology partners, negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions.11.Training and Development: Mentor and train solution Architects of the team, fostering their professional growth and development. Qualifications: Proven experience 15years in infrastructure design, implementation, and management, with a focus on enterprise-level environments. Strong understanding of networking principles, including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and routing protocols. Expertise in server infrastructure technologies, including virtualization, cloud computing, and containerization. Proficiency in infrastructure automation and configuration management tools, such as Ansible, Puppet, or Terraform. In-depth knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards, such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and PCI DSS. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Industry certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) are a plus. Additional Requirements :Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
