We are looking for an experienced SeniorSoftware Developer proficient in Dotnet technologiesSQL Server C# and React to join our team. As aSenior Software Developer you will play a key role in designingdeveloping and maintaining robust software solutions that meet ourclients needs. Your expertise in these technologies will becritical in ensuring the success of our projects and drivinginnovation within ourorganization.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • SoftwareDevelopment: Design develop and deploy highquality softwareapplications using Dotnet SQL Server C# andReact.
  • Code Review: Conduct codereviews to ensure code quality performance and adherence to bestpractices.
  • Technical Leadership: Providetechnical leadership and guidance to junior developers assistingthem in problemsolving and skilldevelopment.
  • Requirement Analysis: Collaboratewith stakeholders to understand project requirements and translatethem into technicalspecifications.
  • Troubleshooting: Investigateand resolve complex technical issues related to softwaredevelopment ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption toproject timelines.
  • Continuous Learning: Stayupdated with the latest trends and advancements in softwaredevelopment technologies andmethodologies.
Requirements:
  • Strongproficiency in Dotnet SQL Server C# and React with atleast 10 to 15 years of handsonexperience in softwaredevelopment.
  • Solid understanding of softwaredevelopment principles design patterns and bestpractices.
  • Experience working in an Agiledevelopment environment with the ability to adapt to changingproject requirements and priorities.
  • Excellentproblemsolving skills and attention to detail with a proactiveapproach to identifying and addressing technicalchallenges.
  • Strong communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectivelywith crossfunctionalteams.

PreferredQualifications:
  • Knowledgeof Azure or other cloud platforms would be aplus.
  • Experience in designing and implementingscalable and secure cloudbasedsolutions.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practicesincluding continuous integration and continuous deployment(CI/CD).
