JobDescription:Weare seeking an experienced Appian Architect with a strongbackground in IT particularly in the architecture and developmentof Appian applications. The ideal candidate will have over 10 yearsof IT experience with at least 2 years dedicated to Appianarchitecture. This role involves creating architectural designsleading endtoend technical solutions and mentoring juniorresources. The Appian Architect will play a critical role inbuilding and supporting applications that meet business processrequirements.KeyResponsibilities:ArchitecturalDesign: Develop architectural designsfor loosely coupled suites of applications ensuring they align withindividual features and overall systemarchitecture.ApplicationDevelopment: Build and supportapplications using Appian focusing on technical design developmentstabilization and enhancement of Appianapplications.Data Modeling &SQL: Create data model designs write SQLqueries and develop stored procedures as required to supportapplicationfunctionality.TechnicalLeadership: Lead and participate intechnical and operations reviews sharing knowledge and learningfrom your teammates to enhance the team s overallexpertise.Documentation &Tracking: Organize track progress andmaintain documentation using document repositories to ensure clearcommunication and projecttracking.ReusableComponents: Build and share reusablecomponents to promote efficiency and standardization acrossprojects.Collaboration &Mentorship: Collaborate with other teammembers and mentor junior resources helping them achieve theirtasks and growprofessionally.Independent TaskManagement: Work independently on tasksensuring timely and highqualitydelivery.Agile ProcessAdherence: Adhere to and participate instandard agile processes including sprint planning daily standupsand retrospectives.Support &Deployment: Provide afterhours supportwhen necessary following release management and code deploymentprocesses to migrate code changessmoothly.RequiredKnowledge:EducationalBackground: Engineering degree or Degreein IT/ComputerApplications.Software DevelopmentExpertise: Indepth knowledge of softwaredevelopment processes and bestpractices.AgileMethodologies: Extensive knowledge ofAgile methodologies and experience with management tools such as QCand JIRA.Analytical & ProblemSolvingSkills: Strong analytical skills with aproven ability to solve complexproblems.Agile ProjectExperience: Work exposure in Agileprojects with a solid understanding of Agile ceremonies and toolslike JIRA.CommunicationSkills: Strong communication skills withthe ability to interact independently with business and globalcounterparts.LearningAttitude: A strong willingness to learnnew technologies and work on newprojects.Flexibility:Ability to handle adhoc requests and manage Agile projects with aflexible and adaptiveapproach.PreferredQualifications:Experience in providing afterhourssupport. Provenability to lead and mentor a technicalteam.
