Overview:

Weare seeking a talented Tableau Prep Analytics Developer to join ourteam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing andimplementing data preparation workflows and analytics solutionsusing Tableau Prep to support business intelligenceinitiatives.


Responsibilities:

  • Developand maintain data preparation workflows in Tableau Prep Builder toclean transform and integrate data from varioussources.
  • Collaboratewith business analysts and data engineers to understand datarequirements and design effective data preparationsolutions.
  • Createinteractive data visualizations and dashboards using TableauDesktop to provide insights into key business metrics andtrends.
  • Optimizedata models and queries to improve performance and scalability ofTableau workbooks anddashboards.
  • Performdata analysis and quality assurance to ensure accuracy completenessand consistency of data used in Tableauvisualizations.
  • Stayupdated on Tableau best practices and new features and apply themto enhance analyticssolutions.
  • Providetechnical support and troubleshooting for Tableau Prep and TableauDesktoprelatedissues.
  • Documentdata preparation processes data models and technicalspecifications.


Requirements
  • Bachelors/Master s degree in computer science Information Systems orrelatedfield.
  • Provenexperience in designing and developing data preparation workflowsand analytics solutions using Tableau Prep and TableauDesktop.
  • Proficiencyin Tableau Prep Builder Tableau Desktop and TableauServer.
  • Strongunderstanding of data preparation concepts data modelling and datavisualization bestpractices.
  • Experienceworking with relational databases SQL and ETLtools.
  • Excellentanalytical and problemsolvingskills.
  • Effectivecommunication and collaborationabilities.
  • Abilityto work independently and as part of a team in a fastpacedenvironment.

PreferredQualifications:

  • TableauDesktop or Tableau Prepcertification.
  • Experiencewith other data visualization tools such as Power BI orQlikView.
  • Knowledgeof statistical analysis and predictive modellingtechniques.
  • Familiaritywith scripting languages such as Python orR.
  • Experiencewith cloudbased data platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GoogleCloud)
