Requirements:
  • Experience:
  • Indepthexperience in Sports Facility projects. Overseeing approvaldrawings BOQs construction sets / GFCs andservices
  • Bidding andPresentation:
  • Creatingcomprehensive bidding presentations and dockets to showcase thefirms capabilities.
  • Participating in clientpresentations and discussions to secure projectcontracts.
  • ProjectManagement: Experience in overseeing a minimum of 23projects from concept to completion(Mandatory).
  • Team Management:Demonstrated ability to lead and manage small teamseffectively
  • StakeholderCoordination:
  • Collaborating withinternal departments and external stakeholders to ensure projectalignment.
  • Managing communication betweenvarious teams to meet projectmilestones.
  • Relocation and TeamCollaboration:
  • Willingness torelocate from Delhi to Ahmedabad fostering a collaborative workenvironment.
  • Leading and mentoring junior teammembers to enhance overall projectefficiency.
