WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
An experienced Media Planning Director to spearhead innovative media strategies that drive client success. You will lead dynamic team in crafting and implementing comprehensive media plans that span across traditional and digital channels. You will project manage different teams to deliver full connection planning recommendations and offer resourceful problem-solving while developing and maintaining strong client relationships. You will oversee preparation of media plans and supervise implementation.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY
Lead client media planning and conceptualisation through execution, ensuring strategic alignment with clients’ business objectives Provide media plans across mediums post media brief mining and other data analysis. Provide insights led solutions for brand problems through Change Planning and other media tools. Generate ideas for brands and lay down communication approach to achieve innovations across mediums. Contribute to new business presentations and analysis through insights, media plans and innovations Focus on the quality of output/consistent performance/professional code of conduct/sense of ownership/honesty and integrity. Lead a team by supervising and mentoring them to raise the quality of deliverable to the clientRequirements
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
Integrated media knowledge, media planning and campaign management experience in both Traditional and Digital media, especially across India and APAC landscape Experienced with Media Research Tools (Comscore, GWI, TGI, YouGov) Minimally 8 years of work experience and 3 years of experience in people management roles preferably within the media, communication and advertising industry Strong business, marketing & consumer understanding Keeping abreast of current industry communication / media thinking Strategic innovation & creativity skills, excellent presentation skill Analytical skills - both qualitative and quantitative Strong knowledge and understanding of media tools and techniques / processes Understanding of all media channels (includes digital) and disciplines and the ability to develop simple and actionable ideas into strategies that matter Team player and positive attitude Excellent communication skill Previous experience for clients with complex organization and dealing with senior stakeholders (C-level) will be an advantage Previous Brand and Performance planning experience in Fashion Retail and/or ECommerce will be an advantageBenefits
