We are currently seeking a Digital Engineering Lead Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (IN-AP), India (IN).
Roles & Responsibilities:
8-10 years of experience in Software development with at least 5+ yrs hands on KORE.ai, SmartAssist, IVR Technologies, Java Script, PythonGood experience on Conversational AI PlatformExposure to Gen AI and its concepts with conversational AI ProductsGood experience in understanding the business requirements and creating chatbots in Kore.ai XO Platform, Search AssistExperience on Node JS used for chatbot backend technologyUI-side development experience in any one of the technologies Java Script /Angular.JS / React.JS/Vue.JSGood experience in Design and Solution Architecture for creating chatbots voice bots using Kore.aiProvides subject matter expertise in building bots using Kore.ai across domains (voice, web agent assist).Expertise in applying the build once/deploy multiple strategy for bots across chat, voice and agent assist.Expertise in troubleshooting Kore.ai errors.Experience in utilizing ITSM ticketing tools like Service Now / Jira / others for integrating within ChatbotsSupport the Hyper care period after the go-live.Having excellent communication skills to work with stakeholdersBasic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field4+ years of support experience on Kore.aiExperience in Web Services using REST, SOAPKnowledge of different authentication and authorization techniquesExposure to any of the cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/AzurePreferences:
Experience working with Business teams preferredAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Ability is work in the shift mode (afternoon)
