Should be able to handle

IVF

ICSI

Thawing

Dish preparation

Maintenance of media

Maintaining a team

Should be able to handle all above independently. Should be capable to handle different types of machines. Maintenance of embryology lab.

Should be a good team player. Required to train the junior staff.
