Responsibilities:
ProjectManagement:
Simultaneously lead multiple projects of varying sizes from smallto large encomping the full spectrum of planning and implementationwithin data annotation projects.
Define project scope goals and deliverables.
Develop detailed project planstimelines and milestones.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for theflawless of projects.
Ensurethat all projects are delivered on time within scope and withinbudget.
Manage changes to theproject scope project schedule and project costs using appropriateverification techniques.
Developand doent project standard operating procedures and doentation indifferent media.
Experience inresponding to RFQs building SLAs SOPs and all project managementdoentation.

TeamLeadership:
Mentor andguide project team members.
Facilitate communication and collaboration within the project team.
Resolve conflicts and removeobstacles that impede project progress.
Conduct regular project statusmeetings with the project team and stakeholders.

ClientManagement:
Elish andmaintain relationships with clients.
Ensure client satisfaction bydelivering highquality project results.
Act as the point of contact forclients regarding project deliverables.
Prepare and present reports onproject progress issues and solutions to clients.
Demonstrate excellentcommunication ss when interacting with stakeholders at variouslevels.

Qualityurance:
Create aquality control policy to ensure the accuracy and consistency ofannotated data.
Conduct regularaudits and reviews of annotated data to ensure compliance withproject requirements.
Developand enforce data annotation standards and best practices.

RiskManagement:
Identifyand manage project risks and issues.
Develop risk mitigationstrategies and contingency plans.
Monitor project progress andmake adjustments as necessary to ensure successful projectcompletion.



RequirementsExperience:
Minimum of 12 years of projectmanagement experience in data annotation.
Proven experience in managinglargescale projects with crossfunctional teams.
Deep understanding of dataannotation processes tools and technologies especially in thecomputer vision and NLP domains.

Ss:
Excellent leadership and teammanagement ss.
Strong ytical andproblemsolving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonalss.
Proficiency in projectmanagement software and tools (e.g. ClickUp MS Project Asana Jiraetc.).
Proficiency in slides andGoogle Sheets.
Solidunderstanding of Computer Vision projects.
Proficiency in Computer VisionAnnotation Tools (e.g. CVAT Supervise Encore Super annotateLabelbox V7 etc).
Excellentcommand of English both in written and oral communication.
Excellent timemanagementorganization multitasking and financial ss.
Ability to problem solve andthink strategically in a deadlinedriven environment.
Ability to work under pressureand manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
