We are into Conversational AI and looking out for an engineer for our Customer Engagement Chat Product – Interactive Voice Response (Text/Speech). It’s our Chat messenger product for enterprise. This product is built in Java platform, advanced used of AI interactive chat bot.

Brief About Role:

As an Ops Finance resource, your responsibilities will include providing financial insights and projections to various stakeholders. You will provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning.

Actively involved in Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost reduction, Revenue improvement (Business finance)

You will prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree and experience in finance or a related area 7 to 10 years of experience in Annual Budgets, Weekly forecasts, and Estimations for Management Consistent experience in Cost reduction, Revenue improvement, revenue forecasting (Business finance). General knowledge of financial/operational principles Experience in developing financial reports like P/L, Projected & forecasted financial for new Business centres etc. Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills Knowledge of software - Oracle, Net suite, etc. Good to have BPO pricing experience is a plus. Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment. Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture. Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication. Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of Annual Budgets, Weekly forecasts, and Estimations for Management. Actual Profit & Loss preparation, circulation, and discussion with Program heads. Supporting the business to improvise Revenue and cost control . Controller of Capex & Opex for the geography. Close monitoring of Revenue and Headcount. Discussion of Profit & Loss with Chief Development Officer and Program heads Budget controller for all Opex and Capex items Creation of Budget, forecast for IT, IS departments (Regional & Global) One point of contact for all analysis and information to programs and management Expert knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint presentation
