In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Develop, Lead and implement the sales strategies to achieve targets and market expansion goals  Lead and mentor a team of regional sales professionals, Business Development managers, providing guidance, support and training to enhance their performance and productivity. Identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with potential clients, and strategically position our products and services to meet their specific needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, Customer care, and operations, to ensure alignment and deliver growth and ensure customer satisfaction. Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and mitigate potential threats. Drive the development and implementation of effective sales processes, tools, and metrics to improve productivity and efficiency. Use CRM software to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progression, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data management.  Champion a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales organization, promoting a positive work environment and a customer-centric approach. Collaborate with MSOL Asia Pacific sales leaders for price approvals (DoA), pursuit strategy.

You are a committed sales professional who has a track record of exceeding results, who drives vision and purpose, ensures accountability, demonstrates strong customer focus. You show resourcefulness and are resilient at balancing stakeholder’s goals.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Consistent track record of success in driving sales in a particular segment, product. Strong business insights and critical thinking, with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive sustainable growth and profitability. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to establish trust and influence key collaborators at all levels. Proven leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire, empower, and develop a successful sales team. Deep understanding of automation technologies, market trends, and customer needs. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

BE Instrumentation or equivalent Engineering degree from reputed Institution with minimum 15 Years Experience in Sales or business development function
