JobDescription:

Manage all aspects of projectexecution including but not limited to schedule development andmanagement budget development and management internal approvalsdesign and construction document production RFP processesconstruction MEP furniture move Responsible for ensuring project isexecuted within defined schedule and budget
Oversee allaspects relating to the planning design construction and occupancyof medium to large business offices and call centerprojects
Review all proposed plans and constructiondocuments to identify possible value engineering and cost reductionopportunities
Manage annual capital planningprocess
1. Coordinate with Construction Managers and theSupply Chain department to identify and partner with select vendorsto perform outsourced services for an assigned project
2.Carry out plan and spec analysis in order to provide cleartrackable and coordinated interpretations of the design/drawingsfor construction
3.Plan manage and coordinate minorworkspace modifications & construction activities in theregion and ensure they are in compliance with various OHS/EHSAccess Fire & Safety standards
4.Chair weeklyproject meetings with consultants and internal partners attend allIT project meetings to ensure all projects are properly coordinatedand communicated to all internal groups asrequired
5.Spearhead project in full
6.> 15 years having executed high rise building
7.ALU form shutteringbuildings.
