We’re Hiring a Software Business Analyst in Chennai

This Role is Fully On-Site

Are You a Dedicated Business Analyst with a Passion for Software Development? We are looking for a skilled Software Business Analyst to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in Agile methodologies and experience in software development to contribute to meaningful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Understanding: Grasp product flows and priorities, translating them into use cases and functional requirements

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with various stakeholders to document detailed workflows, business rules, and user interactions

  • Design and Development: Partner with designers to define UX and work with developers to translate requirements into system designs

  • Priority Management: Translate business priorities into documentation and ensure clear communication of these priorities

  • Support and Testing: Provide support during development and testing phases, addressing issues and answering questions

  • Agile Practices: Conduct Agile ceremonies and train the team to deliver new capabilities

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Software Business Analyst, preferably in technology

  • Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies

  • Documentation Tools: Experience with Confluence and Jira

  • Technical Understanding: Strong grasp of system architecture and database design

  • English Proficiency: Advanced conversational English (for communication with diverse teams)

  • User Experience: Experience in user story mapping, process mapping, and writing user stories; UX design experience is a plus

  • Certifications: Scrum Master or Product Owner certification is advantageous

  • Soft Skills: Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, excellent communication, and writing skills
