We are looking for anexperienced Process Trainer to join our team. The successfulcandidate will be responsible for designing implementing andconducting training programs for our recruitment teams to ensurethey are proficient in US IT Staffing processes. This role requiresa deep understanding of the US IT recruitment landscape excellentcommunication skills and a proven track record in processimprovement andtraining.


RequirementsResponsibilities:
  • Developand implement training programs tailored to the needs of US ITStaffing ensuring that all recruiters are proficient in the latestrecruitment processes andtechnologies.
  • Conductregular training sessions workshops and seminars for new hires andexisting staff to enhance their skills andknowledge.
  • Monitorand evaluate the effectiveness of training programs makingadjustments as necessary to ensure maximum impact andefficiency.
  • Collaboratewith the recruitment team to identify areas for improvement anddevelop strategies to address any gaps in knowledge orperformance.
  • Stayuptodate with the latest trends and best practices in US ITStaffing and recruitment technologies to ensure our team is at theforefront of theindustry.
  • Provideoneonone coaching and support to individual team members asneeded.
  • Assistin the development of training materials manuals and documentationto support the learningprocess.
EssentialQualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or relatedfield.
  • 2 to5 years of experience in a process training role with a strongpreference for candidates with experience in US ITStaffing.
  • Indepthknowledge of US IT recruitment processes and bestpractices.
  • Proventrack record of developing and implementing successful trainingprograms.

Essential Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma orequivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is aplus. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the audiovisualequipment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems.Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work ina fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
