Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant-Business Analyst

The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. They work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather requirements for system enhancements or new system implementations. The Business Analyst (Functional) translates business requirements into functional specifications and collaborates with the development team to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

•The position would be responsible for execution of Transformation Services projects for client businesses by deploying Lean, Digital and Analytics solutions.

•Understanding client processes & pain areas and driving improvements to bring in significant business impact would be essential

•The position would be reporting to a BCM Transformation Director in the UK

•It would require the candidate to be based remotely/client location and may involve travelling within India, Europe and potentially to other geographies

•Banking digital/transformation/strategy consulting for Banking & Financial Services (including any of the following: Personal Banking, Wealth Management, Private Banking, Commercial Banking, Corporate & Investment Banking, Capital Markets, etc.) 

•Digital transformation experience (RPA, BPM, AI, ML, NLP/NLG, etc.). ---- (preferred)

•Domain experience inAccount Opening/Onboarding, Lending, Account Servicing, Risk, etc. across banking & financial services products (either business, technology or operations transformation ---- 

•Exposure to other Specific Functional Areas – AML-KYC, Asset Finance, Commercial Lending, Risk & Regulatory(preferred)

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

·•Agile delivery/Scrum Master (preferred)

·•In depth Exposure /Certification in Lean , Six sigma or any other Quality tools (preferred)

·•Project Management Certification (required)

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

English ( required) ; Other European Languages – Spanish, German, French (preferred)
