Integrated Logistics Business Finance Manager

Your Role
Your primary objective is to ensure adherence on financial guidelines through proactive leadership, recognizing + enhancing individual + collective performance.
Your Responsibilities
You will be working with internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:
Provide support for finance-related topics, acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Evaluate financial risks for potential and current business, proposing solutions and ensuring adherence to KN financial guidelines. Resolve and clarify billing queries, track and analyze profitability on customer accounts, and provide actionable recommendations. Prepare financial reports on key business indicators and ensure compliance with activities and practices. Monitor adherence to corporate guidelines and standards and perform financial risk assessments on various projects. Handle internal and external escalations related to payment terms violations, working capital issues, inaccurate financial records, customer profitability issues, and substantial billing and month closure errors.
Your Skills and Experiences
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
5-7 years in finance with 2-3 years in management, preferably in Supply Chain Management.
Proven background in finance analysis techniques; experience in accounting or integrated logistics is advantageous.
Proficient in DBMS, Tableau, Power BI, and Advanced Excel. Advanced experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a systematic approach to work.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Willingness to travel, fluent in English (written and verbal), reliability, flexibility, motivation, and the ability to deliver results within agreed deadlines.
