The position

As the Director PSQIT FinanceGBS you will be the single point of contact (SPOC) for the PSQITstakeholders (Production & Investment Finance BusinessFinance & Analytics) with keen focus on timelines highquality proactive communication and faster decision making). Youwill be driving strategic projects to expand the scope ofactivities performed by GBS and hold accountability for performanceand quality. In select areas (Production Finance Business Finance& Analytics PSQIT Investment) functional managers to havedotted reporting to GBS Process Owner. You will be entrusted withthe below responsibilities:

  • Directresponsibility of all GBS deliverables and team for select PSQITstakeholders and work closely with the GBS teams Global Processowners and stakeholders in developing implementing and maintainingrobust financial processes related to PSQIT ensuring efficiency andaccuracy.
  • Collaborate with functional managersacross functions in GBS to drive performance and service deliveryquality.
  • Ensure compliance with financialregulations internal controls and company policies while alsocontributing to the development of governanceframeworks.
  • Support with operationalactivities of costing allocation provisions and indepth financialanalysis to identify costsaving opportunities optimize inventorymanagement and improve overall financial performance.
  • Review key reports and signoff on quality prior todistributing it with stakeholders. Work closely with supply chainprocurement and finance teams both Global and GBS to alignfinancial processes with supply chain strategies and businessobjectives.
  • Drive continuous improvementinitiatives to streamline financial processes reduce costs andenhance overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’sdegree in finance accounting business administration or a relatedfield along with 10 years of proven experience in financialmanagement or related roles within a manufacturing or supply chainenvironment. An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g.CPA CFA) is considered a plus.
  • Stronganalytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financialdata and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to workeffectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g.SAP S4HANA) for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such asSix Sigma or Lean.
  • Over 5 years ofdemonstrated people management and leadership experience with theability to effectively communicate vision to the team and thinkstrategically fostering an environment conducive to innovation andgrowth.
  • Possess strong coaching mentoringskills and has proven ability to manage and adapt to changes andhas personal drive and personal impact and integrity with culturalsensitivity and understanding.
