Roles&Responsibilities:

  • Facilitatethe onboarding process for newclients.
  • Comprehensivelyexplain the design process to clients ensuring transparency andsetting realisticexpectations.
  • Attendthe design kickoff meeting at the site alongside the Sales Managerfor effective knowledgetransfer.
  • Createand communicate a detailed design phase timeline to clientsoutlining key milestones to track projectprogress.
  • Engagein thoughtful and detailed discussions with clients understandingboth their functional and aesthetic requirements for homeinteriors.
  • Developtailored design concepts that align with clients specific needsaccompanied by detailed quotations that establish clear budgetboundaries for eachproposal.
  • Ensurea cohesive integration of creative vision with technicalfeasibility fostering effective communication and synergy betweendesign aesthetics and operationalfunctionality.
  • Collaborateseamlessly with the Sales 3D visualization KWS and Operations teamsto translate conceptual designs into practical and executableplans.
  • Developmentof detailed design drawings. Provide specifications for brand modeland make of raw materials and hardware proposed in thedesign.
  • Workclosely with the Project Management team to ensure technicalcompliance of proposed designs with onsiteconditions.
  • Ensureaccurate project documentation in the CRM tool through dailyupdates.

  • Adhereto and uphold the established design and technical standards ofAertsenLiving.

  • Participatein training sessions and workshops to stay informed about anyupdates or changes to design and technicalstandards.
  • Takeresponsibility for the accuracy and precision of all designdocumentation anddrawings.
  • Embracea proactive approach in identifying and resolving potential designstandardchallenges.
  • Demonstratea commitment to excellence in design execution and uphold thereputation of Aertsen Living in theindustry.


Requirements
Musthaves toapply:

  • Holda Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) orBachelorsdegree in Interior Design(B.Des).
  • Demonstratea minimum of two years of professional experience in ResidentialInteriorDesign.
  • Possessa profound understanding of interior design principles residentialdesign standards and ergonomicdesign.
  • Showcaseindepth knowledge of various materials used in design executionalong with the ability to weigh their pros and cons for a seamlesslivingexperience.
  • Exhibita discerning eye for differentiating between good and bad designconsidering both functional and aestheticaspects.
  • Proficientin creating precise technicaldrawings.
  • Proficientin CAD softwareapplications.
