Lead DFIN - Control Assurance

Responsibilities

The candidate should be well-versed with the Control Framework with Domain expertise in Review of business processes (Finance Processes in Investment Banking):-

1. Well experienced in Control's planning & scoping, review execution management and reporting. 2. Strong in senior stakeholder management such as Department Heads/Exco & Exco -1.

3. Deliver Subject Matter Expertise (SME) on Business Processes with preferably Internal Audit Background or External Audit with in Investment Banking.

4. Experienced in reviews and delivery management with hands on approach. Drive local and global initiatives across CTL Functions to promote operational excellence.

5. Hands on experience in delivering on digital initiatives.

Profile required

Strong understanding of Investment Banking products and processes including key applications. Regulatory reporting is a mandatory skill set.
* A strong knowledge in Regulatory reporting, specifically covering LCR, Basel, and NSFR Reporting, is required. * Expertise in Audit Methodology & Execution.
* Ability to zoom in/ zoom out on Tactical and Strategic topics. * Ability to take decisions independently, Persuasive and Facts seeking Mindset. *Strong technical interpretation Skills. * Perform Indepth Reviews of audit work papers and ability to guide team members to quality deliverables. Hands on Approach is a must. * Disciplined in managing timelines for internal meetings, stakeholder interactions and deliveries.
