Job Description:

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at Torry Harris, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems and applications. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure and tools to support the development and deployment of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions.
2. Monitor and analyze system performance, and proactively identify and mitigate potential issues.
3. Create and maintain automated deployment pipelines to ensure continuous integration and delivery of software.
4. Develop and implement strategies for disaster recovery and system resilience.
5. Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for software development and operations.
6. Participate in on-call rotations to respond to and resolve production issues as they arise.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or a similar role.
3. Strong background in infrastructure and cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
4. Expertise in containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
5. Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
6. Experience with monitoring and alerting tools, such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, or Nagios.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
