Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Microsoft Power BI Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position located in Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi, or Pune. The role requires expertise in Power BI, SQL, and DAX, which will be essential for transforming data into meaningful insights and driving business decisions.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience with Power BI (Mandatory skill) to design and create insightful data visualizations and reports.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (Mandatory skill) to handle complex queries and efficient data manipulation across various datasets.
  • Advanced understanding of DAX (Mandatory skill) for data modeling and analytical calculations within Power BI.
  • Demonstrated experience with Powerbi development for building and maintaining data reporting solutions.
  • Working knowledge as a Powerbi developer to ensure high-quality data presentations and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for end-users.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage client expectations.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy business intelligence solutions using Power BI according to client specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights through data analysis.
  • Maintain and optimize SQL queries for better performance and efficiency across various data sources.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all BI processes, reports, and technical specifications.
  • Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution to ensure data accuracy and integrity within all BI applications.
  • Continuously monitor the performance of Power BI reports and dashboards to enhance user experience and engagement.
  • Provide technical and user training support to enable effective use of BI tools among team members and clients.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in BI tools and technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
