Responsibilities  

Design & develop firmware/software primarily in C on embedded targetsDocument design specifications and implementation detailsCreate test specifications and procedure to verify and validate implementationsKeep in touch with the latest on wireless specifications like WiFi, Zigbee, Bluetooth or MatterActively conduct design & code reviewsActively contribute to the internal developer community by sharing the acquired knowledge & experienceLead & drive projects independently while taking end-to-end ownershipSupport hiring activities by evaluating candidates & conducting interviewsCollaborate with local and global teamsActively contribute to project planning, coordination & execution for on time deliveriesMentor junior members

Skills You Will Need

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Science Engineering Relevant experience of 5 to 9 yearsStrong C programming skills on embedded systemsExperience of application debugging and troubleshooting on an embedded targetExperience of working with various microcontrollers e.g., ARM, PIC, AVR, etc.Experience of using SPI, UART, I2C and other communication protocolsExperience of using RTOS or Linux on embedded devicesExperience working with project management tools (Confluence, Jira, Git, etc.)Strong analytical problem-solving abilityExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English

The following qualifications will be considered a plus:

Experience with Silicon Labs Development Environment, tools and software solutionsExperience with wireless communication protocols (Bluetooth LE, Zigbee, WiFi)Experience of using Python or similar scripting languageAndroid/iOS application development
