FP&A Analyst - Senior Manager

Job Description

Your role:

Provide expert finance support to the inventory optimization program hand in hand with Inventory CoE and Inventory Managers. Central point of contact for financial topics for Business & Region inventory. Able to work in Agile and dynamic environment with an ability to handle pressure  Track KPIs/Daily Management performance and create management reports. Drive a deeper understanding of Business inventory performance owning transformation , business requirements and delivery strategy. Drive (Co-drive) on E2E Transformations that impact inventory. Support the inventory CoE on the Inventory Planning and Performance across Philips  Team up with various key stakeholders on inventory results and solving inventory related issues Initiate process improvements in the inventory domain. Team up with our analytics team to identify new insights on performance and future opportunities Design , Develop and roadmap for Inventory Analytics (Data and tools strategy) Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and technological advancements in inventory management.

Qualified CA/CMA/MBA finance professional with at least 11 years of FP&A experience Go-Getter and willing to take initiatives when things are unknown Ability to influence to get things done Good inter-personal skills Transformation mindset Maturity to handle senior stakeholders
