Responsibilities:
1.Design and develop moulds for casting and forming metal componentsusing CAD/CAM software.
2.Interpret technical drawings specifications and customerrequirements to create accurate moulddesigns.
3. Collaborate withengineering and production teams to ensure mould designs meetquality standards and productiontargets.
4. Optimize mould designsfor efficiency costeffectiveness andmanufacturability.
5. Conductfeasibility studies and simulations to evaluate mould performanceand identify areas forimprovement.
6. Generate detaileddocumentation including drawings bill of materials andmanufacturing instructions for mouldproduction.
7. Provide technicalsupport and guidance to mould manufacturing and maintenanceteams.
8. Stay updated withindustry trends new technologies and best practices in mould designandmanufacturing.

RequirementsRequirements:
1.Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or a relatedfield.
2. Minimum 5 years ofexperience in mould design preferably in the metal castingindustry.
3. Proficiency inCAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks AutoCAD orCATIA.
4. Strong knowledge ofmould design principles materials and manufacturingprocesses.
5. Ability to analyzecomplex problems and develop innovativesolutions.
6. Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills to work effectively withcrossfunctional teams.
