The firm is amongst the largest mutual fund company in the United States and has significant presence in India


Responsibilities:


• Participation in governance process for technology blueprints, policies, and standards around ML/AI.

• Participation in architectural council and sub-committees for advancement for AI architectural practices.

• Partner with extended architecture teams, including Data, Cloud, Cyber, and API, to ensure alignment for all cross-technology blueprints and strategic decisions.

• Provide development leadership in building core blueprint capabilities for ML/AI.

• Work with data scientists to implement AI, ML & NLP techniques for variety of use cases using open source frameworks and cloud provider services.

• Providing mentorship to junior team members.

• Experience in automating repetitive manual business processes using AI/ML/NLP

• Ability to discover new opportunities where analytical techniques can be leveraged for solving business problem.

• Work with senior stakeholders in providing mathematical/AI models/algorithms/solutions to common problems.

• Specific experience in AI areas like deep learning, natural language processing (natural language generation & understanding) & machine reading comprehension, speech processing, etc.

• Experience in using frameworks to help detect data/concept drift, interpretability, explainability & fairness of ML models.

• Experience with building or using feature stores that promotes sharing of data & features among different ML models.

• Extensive experience working in public cloud such as Azure and AWS.



Desired Profile:


•15 + Years of IT experience with strong expertise in AI / ML architectural practices.

• Bachelor degree in Computer science or any other discipline
