People are our most importantasset and you ll be the one to ensure we have a happy andproductive workplace where everyone works to realize ourestablished mission and objectives. Promoting corporate values andshaping a vibrant company culture is a vital aspect of this role.Your ability to effectively communicate build relationships andhandle sensitive matters will contribute to the overall success ofour inhome health devicecompany.KeyResponsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiativesaligned with the overallbusiness.Manage the entire recruitment screening interviewingand selection processes.Develop and execute effective onboarding andorientation programs for new employees ensuring a smoothintegration into the company.Collaborate with management to identify and addresstalent development needs workforce planning engagement motivationand preservation of humancapital Manageemployee engagement initiatives including employee surveysrecognition programs and social events to foster a positive andinclusive work culture.Bridge management and employee relations byaddressing demands grievances and other issues including conflictresolution and disciplinary actions while ensuring fair andconsistent application ofpoliciesAdminister employee benefits programs includinghealth insurance retirement plans and other employee welfareinitiatives.Oversee a performance appraisal system that driveshigh performance including performance evaluations training anddevelopment plans and careerprogression.Prepare HR reports and metrics for management reviewproviding insights and recommendations based on dataanalysis.Assess training needs and develop and managetraining programs.Maintain and update HR records including employeeinformation attendance leave records pay plan benefits program andall HR policies andprocedures.Ensure legal compliance with employment laws andregulations keeping abreast of changes and implementing necessaryupdates to policies andpractices.Foster positive relationships with external vendorssuch as recruitment agencies benefits providers and trainingconsultants.Qualifications andRequirements:Bachelor s degree in business administration orsocial work with specialization in Human resources or a relatedfield. Advanced qualification (Master s MBA) or certification (e.g.SHRMCP PHR) in HR management highlypreferred. Experience in fullcyclerecruitment including sourcing interviewing andonboarding. Thorough understanding of HRbest practices in employee engagement culture development andretention strategies employment laws andregulations. Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills with the ability to build relationships andeffectively interact with employees at alllevels. Proficiency in conducting backgroundchecks and information verification.Proficiency in HR management software online recruiting platformsand MS Office. Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills with the ability to convey information clearlyand concisely.
