JobDescription:

We areseeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Legal Associate with a freshChartered Accountancy. The ideal candidate will have a strongfoundation in finance banking and accounting knowledge coupled witha keen interest in law and legal drafting. This role will primarilyfocus on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) 2016 the SARFESAIAct Corporate Matters Company Law Banking laws and Regulations theSEBI Actetc.

Requirements:

CharteredAccountancy (CA)qualification.

  • Goodunderstanding of accounting principles financial statements andbankingoperations.
  • Knowledgeof corporate laws company law matters banking laws andregulations.
  • Familiaritywith the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) 2016 and itsimplications.
  • Analyticalskills with the ability to conduct legal research and interpretcomplexregulations.
  • Goodwritten and verbal communication skills for drafting legaldocuments and communicating effectively withstakeholders.
  • Detailorientedapproach with a commitment to accuracy and quality inwork.
  • Abilityto work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multipletaskssimultaneously.
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite and legal researchtools.
  • Priorinternship or work experience in a legal or corporate environmentwould beadvantageous.
