Roles andResponsibilities:
1.Lead the design and architecture of complex RPA solutions with afocus on incorporating Generative AI technologies.Development/Coding if required.
2.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirementsand align automation strategies with organizationalgoals.
3. Develop highlevel anddetailed solution designs ensuring they meet scalabilityreliability and securitystandards.
4. Technical ownershipof endtoend engagement as he/she would be completely responsiblefor the same.
5. IntegrateGenerative AI capabilities into RPA solutions to enhance customerdeliverable decisionmaking learning and adaptive automationprocesses.
6. Provide technicalleadership and guidance to RPA development teams throughout theproject lifecycle.
7. Conductfeasibility studies and assess the applicability of Generative AIalgorithms to optimize automationoutcomes.
8. Stay abreast ofemerging technologies especially in Generative AI and evaluatetheir potential impact on RPAstrategies.
9. Adaptability andflexibility with respect to technologies work environment and worktiming as we work with globalcustomers.
10. Ability toaccurately estimate project efforts and timeline during projectinitiation with appropriate risk dependency andconstraints.
11. Open to work fromclient location (Mumbai).
12. Opento work on the 1st 3rd and 5th Saturdays of themonth.

Requirements1.Familiarity with process analysis and improvement methodologies.Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
2. Ability to workcollaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectivelywith stakeholders.
3. Experiencewith process documentation and workflowdiagramming.
4. Experience indesigning and implementing scalable optimized and secure RPAsolutions for enterpriselevelapplications.
5. Strong analyticaland problemsolving skills with the ability to translate businessrequirements into technicalsolutions.
6. Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills to work effectively withcross functional teams andstakeholders.
Qualifications
1. bachelor s ormaster s degree in computer science Engineering or a relatedfield.
2. Proven experience as anRPA Solution Architect with a strong emphasis on integratingGenerative AI into automationsolutions.
3. Expertise in atleast one RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere UiPath Blue Prismcoupled with proficiency in programming languages (e.g. Python JavaC#).
4. Knowledge andunderstanding of Generative AI techniques including deep learningneural networks and natural languageprocessing.
5. 6 to 10 years ofrelevantexperience.
