JR52915 Senior Recruiter / RecruiterMicron is looking suitable candidate for Sr. Recruiter role based out at Sanand location for Micron ATMP facility. Role demands hiring of Sr. level candidates with head hunting approach. More focus should be on non-traditional pathways to hire exceptional talent.
Responsibilities:
Support and manage recruiting process for Gujarat ATMP facility Help organizations reach strategic goals by attracting and hiring top-performing employees. Use non tradition pathways for hiring top talent with diversity and equality. Developing and maintaining a strong network of contacts helps HR professionals identify and source quality candidates. Establish good partnership with the customer by understanding their talent needs, providing strategic hiring recommendations and influencing partners as a trusted talent advisor. Work with business to identify future talent needs and proactively plan and develop strategy to source for such talents Should have competencies and acumen to collaborate with global TA team and work in diverse environments Perform direct sourcing of talent through relevant pipelines and establish new pipelines from passive candidates to meet demand for talent Sell and negotiate effectively to attract talent and manage expectations Leverage and develop new methods to improve technology and recruiting tools to assess health of candidate pipeline, run recruitment channels and source for talent Proactively conceptualize and implement recruitment strategies. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning and talent planning Participate in or lead recruiting projects that support the continuous improvement of recruiting processesRequirements:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline Strong communication skills and learning agility Ability to build relationships and effective networks At least 8+ years of working experience in Electronics Manufacturing Hiring Track Record in sourcing and attracting right talents Resilience and Tenacity in leading changes Ability to work with all levels Experience with different types of recruitment channels to attract talents Willingness and zeal to train & motivate junior recruiter Expertise to use our talent intelligence tools to understand the talent landscape and derive a successful talent acquisition strategy Ability to evaluate, engage and maintain a strong portfolio of talent partners to help us to meet our diverse talent needs.
