Support SME/ OME's / Partner (internal / external customers) by:

CMT (Case management tool) case closure within TAT. Invoice booking into system within stipulated TAT. Reconciliations for booked invoices vs invoices received. Follow ups with IP team & banking team for invoice hold cases and ensure timely payouts. Manage Stakeholder’s queries, SLA & its improvement with timely release of MIS / Dashboards. Ensure to controls duplicate invoices booking. Follow-ups with relevant stakeholders for timely closure of Open Advances. End to End responsibility for Rush Payment  Follow-ups with relevant stakeholders for timely closure of unaccounted invoice in system. 

Demonstrate (Key competencies)

Process driven & Result oriented. Good team player. Working Knowledge of Oracle.  Good hands on MS Office – Excel, PPT. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Qualification & Key skills/ competencies: Candidate must be B. Com with 3-5 Years of experiences in account payables.
