This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Technical LeadDevOps to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor theDevOps team providing guidance support and technicalexpertise.
  • Design implement andmaintain CI/CD pipelines for variousapplications.
  • Collaborate withdevelopment operations and security teams to streamline processesand improve development speed and productquality.
  • Manage and enhanceour cloud infrastructure (AWS Azure GCP) to ensure highavailability scalability andsecurity.
  • Automateinfrastructure management configuration and deployment tasks usingtools such as Terraform Ansible andKubernetes.
  • Monitor systemperformance troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to improveperformance andreliability.
  • Develop and enforcebest practices for infrastructure as code configuration managementand continuousdeployment.
  • Stay updated with thelatest DevOps tools technologies and trends to drive continuousimprovement.
  • Lead incidentmanagement and root cause analysis for critical infrastructure orapplicationissues.
  • Collaborate withstakeholders to identify and implement security measures andcompliancerequirements.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Engineering or a relatedfield.
  • 38 years ofexperience in DevOps cloud infrastructure or a relatedrole.
  • Strong experiencewith cloud platforms (AWS AzureGCP).
  • Proficiency in CI/CDtools such as Jenkins GitLab CI orCircleCI.
  • Handson experiencewith configuration management tools (Terraform Ansible ChefPuppet).
  • Expertise incontainerization and orchestration tools (DockerKubernetes).
  • Strong scriptingskills in languages like Python Bash orPowerShell.
  • Experience withmonitoring and logging tools (Prometheus Grafana ELKStack).
  • Solid understandingof networking security and infrastructure managementprinciples.
  • Excellentproblemsolving skills with the ability to quickly diagnose andresolve complexissues.
  • Strong communicationand leadership skills with experience mentoring or leadingtechnicalteams.
PreferredQualifications:
  • Experience withmicroservices architecture and serverlesscomputing.
  • Familiarity withDevSecOps practices and integrating security into CI/CDpipelines.
  • Certifications in AWSAzure or Kubernetes (CKA AWS Certified DevOps Engineeretc.).
  • Experience in Agileor Scrumenvironments.
